The 'Adam's Choice' program at Nova SBE Executive Education has opened enrollment for its third edition. As a disruptive learning experience, this immersive training program has already helped more than 158 participants to reprogram the way they make choices, not only professionally, but also with an impact on their personal lives.

Chiara Moenter, Spacefluencer and student of the first edition of the Space for Business programme - created in partnership with St. Gallen, Rotterdam School of Management and Nova SBE and the European Space Agency -, tells us about her experience at the Carcavelos campus, in the second module of the training on business in space.

Learning is always a social act. In the classroom, online, in a discussion, introspection or laboratory, the social component is always present, whether through peers, teachers or even through the learning content. The act of learning depends on the relationships created and is never independent of those involved in the process. It is not by chance that in the first universities students lived, learned and studied in communities (guilds, colleges and residences), since in the relationships established there are learning processes, whether of collaboration, imitation, challenge, or just by indirect exposure to new content.
