LEAP - Executive Leadership in Public Administration - is intended for people with managerial positions in the Public Administration, so they can make the leap to a leadership of the future, focused on the challenges and opportunities of digital transition, innovation, and sustainability.
The program was designed taking into account the importance of the State's role in the sustained development of society and the fact that the Public Administration is permanently facing challenges of change and transformation, accelerated most recently by climate and technological transition. We need, therefore, a modern, agile, and effective Public Administration, with leaders focused on improving public service and responding to the needs and expectations of citizens and businesses.
To this end, the programs focuses on four modules: People and Teams; Public Management; Digital Transition, and Innovation and Sustainability, and will be taught simultaneously in Lisbon and Porto, at Nova SBE Executive Education and Porto Business School, respectively, in order to reach as many employees as possible, regardless of their location.
The candidates accepted in the program can also count on two scholarships: one awarded by INA, I.P. in the scope of the RRP and another by the Educational Institution. Applications are already open.
