At the same event, Pedro Brito, Associate Dean and CEO of Nova SBE Executive Education & Corporate Relations, was honored with the Communication in People Management Award - one of four special prizes awarded by the editors of Human Resources Portugal. The award recognizes his role as an active voice in valuing people, promoting organizational literacy and defending continuous training as an engine for development.
Although he wasn't present at the ceremony, Pedro Brito left an inspiring message, recalling one of the most remarkable experiences of the Peak Performance leadership program:
