nknowing the current challenges, Nova SBE assumes to want to be part of the solution. To this end, 17 Sustainable Development Goals were defined to be achieved in the last academic year. This strategy placed sustainability at the centre of the school's impact model, paying special attention to environmental, social and economic objectives.

Sustainable development has also become a fundamental learning subject at all stages of academic life, including at the bachelor's, master's, doctoral and executive training levels.

The Nova SBE Road to Impact Report 2019/20 also underlines the importance of research for the impact of the school, on the lives of students and on society, in the specialised areas of economics, finance and management.

The culture of impact and entrepreneurial vision, sustained by highly specialised talent and motivated students prepared to make solutions a reality, fosters a strong connection with stakeholders in various sectors. This quest for a Better Future is directly related to Nova SBE's governance structure, policies, processes and operations.

This report has been published at a time of enormous challenges to sustainable development. However, the school intends that the report can serve as a motto to encourage others to follow this path of change. Join Nova SBE, to continue contributing to a better, more sustainable, inclusive and fair world.
