Santander was one of the first 24 companies to sign the Commitment to Inclusion in March 2019.
Since then, much has changed in the bank: new partners for inclusive recruitment were found; processes for inclusive recruitment were created, leading to new routines and implementation of new methodologies; "champions" for raising awareness among all employees and for disseminating definitive actions were identified within the bank; until they reached the moment when they started recruiting people with disabilities again.
The development and involvement in this process has led to the creation of an ecosystem of inclusion and diversity at Santander.
