José Ferreira, CEO at JDF Global, chose the Executive Master's in Marketing & Strategy at Nova SBE because of the school's "excellence and reputation". He told us that it was a challenge to reconcile everyday life with the program but that Nova SBE "creates good conditions for us to succeed".
"I developed a career with a lot of self-knowledge, and I was extremely attracted to returning to a university with an international reputation."

"From what I know, the executive master's degree at Nova SBE is different because of the innovation ecosystem," said Sofia Viegas, Technology Manager at Smartenergy.
After attending the Postgraduate course in Innovation & Entrepreneurship, she decided to move on to the Executive Master's degree, requesting equivalence of the modules so that she could "put the knowledge acquired into practice" when doing her thesis. And the decision turned out to be a good investment:

Tânia Dimas, Senior Trainer & Development Freelancer, was already familiar with Nova SBE's executive portfolio and chose the Executive Master's in Leadership for the "recognition of the teaching staff and the research in Leadership that is carried out at Nova SBE".
As well as assuring us that the "master's degree is very comprehensive", she told us that the teachers made all the difference.

It was also because of Nova SBE's prestige "and fabulous location" that Joana Figueiredo, Procurement and Purchasing Coordinator at Cofidis, chose to do the Executive Master's in Marketing & Strategy, but ended up earning more than just a degree.
As I hadn't studied for a long time, "I was afraid of meeting people who were too young or didn't have as much experience. But, in fact, the group from the master's degree and the various master's degrees also had a lot of experience. This makes for very rich networking".

Vivian Onano, Founder and Director of Leading Light Initiative, attended the Executive Master's in Finance & Financial Markets. She told us that, more than just "tackling challenges with tangible solutions", the program helps participants to "be part of the solution".
"It's a master's degree that doesn't just focus on Finance. Although it's a Master's in Finance and Financial Markets, it's applicable to other areas: agriculture, education, health, etc."
