With 20 years of experience in human resources management, talent management, and organizational transformation, Eduardo Mendes has built a career that combines executive leadership, strategic consulting, and executive training. He is currently Managing Partner at Harpoon, a consulting firm specializing in talent solutions, where he leads strategic vision, business growth, and team management, ensuring alignment between culture, people, and results. Before joining Harpoon, he was Head of People & Leadership at Sonae SGPS, responsible for talent management and leadership development across the entire group. Prior to that, he was part of the Pernod Ricard group, first as HR Director in Portugal and later as Head of Talent Management for EMEA & LATAM, based in Paris, where he led talent development programs in a global and multicultural context.
