Nova SBE Executive Education takes leadership to a new level, bringing together education, culture, and business at one of the world’s largest festivals.
It’s time to turn up the volume. Nova SBE Executive Education is getting ready to make its mark at Rock in Rio Lisbon 2026 with House of Leaders, a new platform dedicated to exploring the future of leadership.
More than just a festival appearance, this initiative was created as a space for reflection, dialogue, and inspiration, where leaders, companies, and various sectors come together to discuss the challenges that are shaping organizations.
By bringing together education, culture, and business, House of Leaders offers a format that differs from traditional corporate events, fostering more authentic conversations, building connections among participants, and exploring new ways of thinking about leadership.
The project was launched at the Nova SBE campus in Carcavelos with a live recording of the first conversation between Roberta Medina and Pedro Brito, kicking off a series of events that will run alongside the festival.
With the support of numerous partners, the initiative also includes the awarding of merit scholarships to students, reinforcing Nova SBE’s commitment to executive education and to fostering talent and making a positive impact on society.
Rather than just talking about leadership, Nova SBE Executive Education takes the topic where it truly belongs: outside the classroom, at the heart of the culture and conversations that are shaping the future.
