In 2026, the conversation about leadership moves beyond the usual setting and heads to where culture thrives, where people come together, and where new ideas gain traction: Rock in Rio Lisbon.

What is House of Leaders?

House of Leaders is a new platform from Nova SBE Executive Education dedicated to exploring the future of leadership.

More than just “making an appearance” at a festival, House of Leaders was created as a space for reflection, dialogue, and inspiration. It is a meeting place where leaders, companies, and representatives from different sectors come together to discuss the challenges shaping organizations and, above all, the role of leadership in that process.

An alternative to traditional corporate events

By blending education, culture, and business, House of Leaders takes a different approach from traditional corporate events.

The goal is to foster more intimate and authentic conversations, with more context and less formality. An environment that encourages the exchange of perspectives, real-time learning, and new ways of looking at what it means to lead today (and what it will mean tomorrow).

Because the future of leadership isn’t built solely in boardrooms. It’s also built on the ability to listen, to challenge ideas, to bridge worlds, and to bring leadership to the forefront of the conversations that are shaping the future.

How it all began

The project was launched at the Nova SBE campus in Carcavelos, with a live recording of the first conversation between Roberta Medina and Pedro Brito.

This moment marked the start of a series of events that will run alongside the festival, keeping the theme “alive” throughout and providing a space for new voices, new questions, and new perspectives on what organizations (and people) need right now.

With the support of numerous partners, the House of Leaders also awards merit-based scholarships to students, reinforcing Nova SBE Executive Education’s commitment to talent development and creating a positive impact on society.

Leadership, when done well, leaves a lasting impact. And that is exactly what this project aims to do: connect meaningful conversations with tangible opportunities—for individuals, organizations, and communities.
