With over 14 years of experience in the FMCG, B2B, retail, luxury, and media sectors, Nuno Saraiva has led brands, businesses, and organizational transformation processes. He currently serves as Managing Director of L’Oréal’s Luxury Division in Portugal and sits on the division’s board for the Iberian region. Since 2019, he has also served as the group’s Ethics Director in Portugal. At L’Oréal in Portugal and Spain, he has led artificial intelligence training initiatives for executive committees, management teams, and more than 1,000 employees, as well as programs to integrate AI into retail, industry, and organizational transformation contexts. She regularly serves as a keynote speaker and instructor in executive programs focused on artificial intelligence applied to marketing, the transformation of work, innovation in retail, the future of consumption, the luxury market, and ethical decision-making. She began her academic career studying Computer Engineering before earning a degree in Management from Nova SBE in 2011.
